Reem Rayef

Reem Rayef is a federal policy manager for clean transportation at the BlueGreen Alliance, where she supports the coalition’s advocacy efforts on issues relating to vehicles, the EV transition, innovative mobility, and public transit investment. 

Prior to joining the BlueGreen Alliance, Rayef conducted policy research for lobbyists and heads of government relations in the energy, climate, transportation, and logistics sectors as an associate product manager at National Journal’s Network Science Initiative in Washington, D.C.

Rayef holds an M.P.P. and M.A. from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and Energy and Resources Group. While studying at Berkeley, Rayef provided research and analytical support for a range of organizations, including the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the California Energy Commission, ChargePoint, Common Spark Consulting, and the American Jobs Project.

She also has a B.A. in anthropology and international relations from Brown University.
