Gerald Taylor (he/him) joined the BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) in 2022. As a senior research and policy analyst, he supports BGA’s work on clean vehicle policy and regulation at both the state and federal levels.

Prior to joining BGA, Taylor earned his Ph.D. in philosophy from Georgetown University, where he was also involved in the formation and leadership of the Georgetown Alliance for Graduate Employees, a union supporting the institution’s graduate workers. He also completed research fellowships at both the American Federation of Teachers and the Alliance for American Manufacturing.
