On Tuesday, September 15, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern, the Economic Policy Institute will hold a media Zoom conference to discuss the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2019 data on income, earnings, and poverty.
EPI economists will discuss income and earnings trends in the annual report, which will offer insight into how working people fared in a recovering economy with low unemployment—and how they have likely suffered since the coronavirus pandemic.
EPI will also release a series of analyses after the Census report is issued, including a quick take and a look at income and wage trends by race and ethnicity.
