| Bonus | Value of the bonus given to the CEO during the year |
| Restricted stock grants | Value of the fair value of all stock awards during the year with valuation based on the grant-date fair value |
| Options realized | Value realized from options exercised during the year |
| Long-term incentive payouts | Value of the amounts earned during the year pursuant to non-equity incentive plans |
Note: Due to a change in reporting format, prior to 2007 the value of stock awards relied on restricted stock granted to the CEO, and the value of long-term incentives relied on a company’s long-term incentive plan.
