EPI’s analysis of the Congressional Progressive Caucus’s Back to Work budget finds it would not only boost near-term GDP growth by 5.7 percentage points but also reduce the long-term deficit, build a stronger social safety net, and most importantly, return the country to full economic health by 2015.
