On September 22, EPI Founder and Distinguished Fellow Jeff Faux testified before the House Subcommittee on National Security and Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Government Oversight and Reform. Faux discussed the importance of the U.S. manufacturing base and said, “Had the United States not had the capacity to become the ‘arsenal of democracy,’ the Second World War might well have ended differently.”
