At 2 p.m. Eastern, the CBO is expected to release its report examining the impact of the Raise the Wage Act, which would gradually raise the federal minimum wage to $15 by 2024. EPI has previously found that the Raise the Wage Act would lift pay for nearly 40 million workers.
