EPI and The American Prospect are hosting a special event Friday for Robert Reich, EPI co-founder and former Secretary of Labor, to discuss his latest book, Supercapitalism: The Transformation of Business, Democracy, and Everyday Life. He will be introduced by U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy.

WHAT: Book event on Supercapitalism: The Transformation of Business, Democracy, and Everyday Life.

WHO: Robert Reich, Professor of Public Policy at the Goldman School at U.C. Berkeley, who has served in three national administrations, most recently as Secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton and authored 10 books, including Supercapitalism. He is also co-founder of both The American Prospect and the Economic Policy Institute.

Sen. Ted Kennedy, U.S. Senator from Massachusetts who is the second-longest serving member of the Senate. Among his numerous duties, he is currently the senior Democrat on the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee in the Senate and also a member of the Congressional Joint Economic Committee
