Notes: OFLC stands for the Office of Foreign Labor Certification, part of the Employment and Training Administration in the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). OFLC is the office in DOL that is tasked with processing requests for temporary labor certifications and labor condition applications for certain classes of temporary work visas, and permanent labor certifications for certain employment-based green cards, as well as prevailing wage determinations.
