Bonus Value of the bonus given to the CEO during the year
Restricted stock grants Value of the fair value of all stock awards during the year with valuation based on the grant-date fair value
Options realized Value realized from options exercised during the year
Long-term incentive payouts Value of the amounts earned during the year pursuant to non-equity incentive plans

Note: Due to a change in reporting format, prior to 2007 the value of stock awards relied on restricted stock granted to the CEO, and the value of long-term incentives relied on a company’s long-term incentive plan.
