Continuing dearth of job opportunities leaves many workers still sidelined

“For three out of four unemployed workers, there simply are no jobs,” concludes EPI economist Heidi Shierholz in her analysis of today’s Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  March marks two years and three months that the “job seeker’s ratio” has been substantially above 4-to-1.   Click here for her full analysis.
