Job market declines, paychecks wither
As the job market hits the halfway point of 2008, EPI reports
that the number of jobs in America has fallen every month this
year. In today’s
Jobs Picture, senior economist Jared

“Workers' paychecks are under attack from three sides: diminished
jobs and hours, slower hourly wage growth, and faster price
growth,” said Bernstein.
