JANUARY 2006

EPI booth and reception at the ASSA
If you're in Boston this weekend (Jan. 6-8) for this year's annual Allied Social Science Association conference, make it a point to swing by the publications booth EPI shares with Cornell University Press in the exhibitors' hall of the Hynes Convention Center (connected to the Sheraton Hotel). We'll have copies of most of our books from the past few years, as well as the new 2006 EPI catalog and winter 2006 EPI Journal. Also please stop by our cocktail reception from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday January 7 at the Sheraton Hotel (Gardner rooms, A & B).

EPI on the move (literally)
As of Monday January 9, the Economic Policy Institute will be moved into its new offices. Although all of the Institute's phone numbers remain the same, our new office address is:

1333 H Street, NW
Suite 300, East Tower
Washington, D.C. 20005

Give us a couple of days to unpack the boxes, and then stop by to say "hello"...

The mission of the Economic Policy Institute is to provide high-quality research and education in order to promote a prosperous, fair, and sustainable economy. The Institute stresses real world analysis and a concern for the living standards of working people, and it makes its findings accessible to the general public, the media, and policy makers.
